Boys overcoming adversity is for youth ages 8-12


The purpose of this program is to teach young boys how to overcome adversity and teamwork. The boys will participate in 1 mile runs, 5ks, mud runs, and obstacle courses. 


Boys receive bands when they complete each challenge to become the ultimate versions of themselves. We want to teach boys leadership skills, teamwork, communication, and self confidence through fitness.
